Ready to help a college ballplayer reach their baseball dream?

Complete the 2025 Thunderbolts Host Family Interest Form and our host family coordinator will get in touch.

As a host family, you’ll get a season pass to all home games and a free week of TBolts baseball camp for an eligible kid in your house.

Our players are college student athletes from all over the US and sometimes even abroad, who come to play in the Cal Ripken League. We need people in our community to help house Thunderbolts players every summer. Hosts can be families with baseball-playing kids or empty-nesters with extra rooms. Players come at the end of May and stay until the end of July, and they have games almost every night. Host families give their players a separate bedroom, access to a bathroom and laundry facilities, and breakfast. Players are responsible for their own meals, but many host families will include their player in an occasional family dinner.
